1. Overview
At Vancity Snackin’, we are committed to providing the highest quality snacks and a delightful customer experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
2. Returns
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Items must be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable Items:
- Perishable goods such as food items cannot be returned.
- Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate a return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
- Ship the item back to us at the provided address. Please include the RMA number in your shipment.
Return Shipping Costs:
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
3. Refunds
Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds:

- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
