Vancity Snackin’ Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Overview

At Vancity Snackin’, we are committed to providing the highest quality snacks and a delightful customer experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

2. Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Items must be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Perishable goods such as food items cannot be returned.
  • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate a return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  3. Ship the item back to us at the provided address. Please include the RMA number in your shipment.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

3. Refunds

Refund Process:

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, contact us at [email protected] for further instructions.
